Design Support plays a vital role in supporting both the sales and design teams by helping bring client projects from initial concept to completion. This individual collaborates closely with sales designers to understand the scope of each project, assists in space planning and conceptual design, and helps assemble detailed proposals, including material estimates and appliance specifications. They contribute to a seamless client experience by coordinating project details, placing vendor orders, and ensuring all selections and documentation are accurate and complete. With a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, the Sales and Design Assistant helps deliver functional, beautiful spaces while keeping projects organized, efficient, and aligned with client expectations.

If you’re a highly motivated, passionate, and energetic team player with a drive to succeed in the kitchen and bath industry, we’d love to hear from you. As a Sales Designer in our showroom, you’ll work closely with clients to bring their vision to life—guiding them through selections, developing thoughtful space plans, and creating designs that are both functional and beautiful. You’ll estimate materials, build accurate and compelling quotes, collaborate with team members to understand project scope, and coordinate key details like appliance specifications to ensure every design comes together seamlessly. This role is all about blending creativity with precision to deliver an exceptional experience from concept to completion—and beyond.
